A COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS ASSESSMENT

All personal training clients also have access to an InBody Advanced Body Composition Analyzer evaluation, and use of our BridgeAthletic Platform.

The InBody evaluation is to help you get a comprehensive baseline of your body’s makeup and to track your progress through InBody Data Analytics. See below – on this page – for more information.

With our BridgeAthletic Platform, get a pre-designed program from your Personal Trainer, which allows you to track your workouts, results and analyzes your workout data to help modify your program as you progress.

One of our qualified personal trainers will conduct a thorough interview, evaluating your personal fitness history and your goals for the future. We will then evaluate your physical limitations and abilities using several methods, including the FMS Screen.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

The FMS is a tool used to identify asymmetries in your body that cause functional movement deficiencies. Our screening process consists of evaluating you with seven movement patterns that require mobility and stability. The seven following movement patterns are:

  1. Deep Squat
  2. Hurdle Step
  3. In-Line Lunge
  4. Active Straight-let Raise
  5. Trunk Stability Push-up
  6. Rotary Stability
  7. Shoulder Mobility

Using the scores from this evaluation, your personal history and goals for the future, our trainer will develop a workout plan specifically for you and can help you achieve those goals more quickly with a personal training package.

Advanced Analysis

InBody 570

The Salt Lake Tennis and Health Club now offers InBody Analysis for our Personal Training Clients. This amazing technology gives you comprehensive data of your body makeup and tracks your data over time so you and your trainer can use that information to help develop a fitness program and track your personal progress.

The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness and fitness contexts.

InBody Scan

The first step is to take a body composition analysis. Body composition is a method of breaking down the body into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

Analyze Your Results

One of our trainers will go over your InBody scan, explaining all of the data. This helps you and your trainer, fine-tune a fitness program specific to the results you are striving for. YOUR data is also stored in the InBody scanner for future comparisons against your progress and helps to see in what areas the trainer can adjust your program.
