One of our trainers will go over your InBody scan, explaining all of the data. This helps you and your trainer, fine-tune a fitness program specific to the results you are striving for. YOUR data is also stored in the InBody scanner for future comparisons against your progress and helps to see in what areas the trainer can adjust your program.
