One of our qualified personal trainers will conduct a thorough interview, evaluating your personal fitness history and your goals for the future. We will then evaluate your physical limitations and abilities using several methods, including the FMS Screen.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN

The FMS is a tool used to identify asymmetries in your body that cause functional movement deficiencies. Our screening process consists of evaluating you with seven movement patterns that require mobility and stability. The seven following movement patterns are:

  1. Deep Squat
  2. Hurdle Step
  3. In-Line Lunge
  4. Active Straight-let Raise
  5. Trunk Stability Push-up
  6. Rotary Stability
  7. Shoulder Mobility

Using the scores from this evaluation, your personal history and goals for the future, our trainer will develop a workout plan specifically for you and can help you achieve those goals more quickly with a personal training package.
