My interest in fitness began at a young age when I got picked on and bullied, in middle school I started lifting weights which improved myself esteem and allowed for self growth. My interests continued to develop as I study exercise programming, nutrition and leadership. I graduated from the University of Utah with my Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sport Science. I’ve had the opportunity to intern and work as a Division 1 Strength Coach at University of Utah from (5/13)- (2/14) where I worked with many different sports teams. I’ve competed in power lifting and bodybuilding competitions as well as Spartan Races. Fitness is what I eat, sleep, and breathe. I enjoy working with everyone as we are all athletes in some way and I truly enjoy helping everyone find their true potential. Understanding that if you move right, you feel right your perform right.
