It is my life passion to help each individual move better thus feeling better and looking better.
I’ve learned physical fitness is a foundational component to improving every aspect of life.
I strive to empower every individual to move well by teaching proper technique and demonstrating how each body can be and is strong.
I’ve learned through experience the power of lifting weights, the discipline of doing exercises even when they are challenging, and the overall benefits of consistency; all of which lead to high-quality longevity.
I’ve also learned, and thus teach, how other components including nutrition, meditation, and breathwork can enhance longevity and provide a means of intrinsic happiness. Ever evolving with an eye on healthspan, I currently road bike to improve cardiovascular function ( zone 2 and VO2 Max), lift appropriately heavy weights for grip strength, increase muscle mass, reduce body fat, and mitigate bone density loss.
