I grew up playing sports – everything from football to track to wrestling – and while I loved being active I was a fat teenager. At 21, I lost 50lbs and got strong, but in a way that led to a lot of injuries and unnecessary stress. Now I’ve learned to train in a way that’s both effective and sustainable and my life has been better for it. I’ve dedicated my career to helping others do the same so they can live the lives they want to live.
Over the past few years, I’ve coached people towards a wide range of goals – including reducing knee pain, getting stronger, running a marathon, and summiting Everest. I specialize in athletic performance, especially in regard to strength and endurance, but I’m always excited to help people do hard things.
If I’m not in the gym, I’m probably adventuring outside, climbing, cooking, or watching stupid TV.
