SLTHC is a member of the USTA and the Utah Tennis Association, and our league teams compete in sanctioned Adult League play at every NTRP level. Members and non-members are welcome to join a league team.
League is the fastest way to turn clinic work into real matches — you play opponents at your own level, and most people find their tennis friends here.

No. You must sign up in advance for essentially every clinic. Courts and coaches are assigned ahead of time, so drop-ins are not allowed.
Popular evening clinics and weekend classes fill early in the week. If you have a clinic in mind, call a few days out. If you are flexible, the front desk can usually find you something within a day or two.

Not to start. Equipment is provided in the New Player Clinics, the Tuesday and Thursday morning lessons, and Sunday new player doubles. Once you are hooked, the pros will happily help you pick your first racquet.
Court shoes with non-marking soles, water, and clothes you can move in. Indoor courts run year round, so a light layer is useful in winter.
A lesson is instruction-led — drills, technique and skill building. A clinic mixes instruction with point play. Live ball is fast, continuous doubles with minimal standing around; it is the closest thing to a workout on the schedule.
Yes. Guest pricing is listed on every clinic above, typically $5 to $15 more than the member rate. Guests must be signed up in advance, same as members.
No. Adult clinics are paid per class, so you can come the weeks that work for your schedule.
