Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, find what they need and get in touch with us, whatever their ability or the technology they use.

Last updated: September 2026

Salt Lake Tennis & Health Club is committed to making saltlaketennisandhealth.com usable by people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for websites, and we keep working toward it as we add and update content.

What we have done

When we rebuilt this website we made accessibility part of the design:

  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions (alt text) for screen reader users.
  • Every page has one main heading and a logical heading structure, so it can be navigated by headings.
  • Schedules, prices, hours and contact details are written as real text, not placed inside images.
  • The main navigation is the same on every page.
  • Every program lists a phone number or email, so you never have to rely on the website alone to sign up or ask a question.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site come from outside services that we do not fully control, and they may not meet the same standard:

  • The live group exercise schedule and class booking, provided by Pulse Access
  • Embedded maps from Google Maps
  • Embedded videos
  • The website chat window

Some pages also use background video. It is decorative and contains no information you need. If anything on the site gets in your way, contact us and we will get you the information another way.

Need help or want to report a problem?

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. Tell us which page you were on and what went wrong, and we will help, by phone if that is easier.

For questions about physical access to the club and its facilities, please call the front desk.
