Group Exercise Class Schedule

This is the real schedule, straight from our booking system — it updates the moment anything changes. Click any class to reserve your spot, or book from the Pulse Access app on your phone.

Schedule not loading?

It needs JavaScript enabled, and some ad blockers get overzealous. The app always works — or call the front desk and we will tell you what is on today.

Pulse Access

Your membership lives in this app. Reserve a spot in any class, see what is full before you drive over, cancel when life happens so someone else can take your place, and handle the rest of your membership without a phone call.

Getting set up

Would rather not use an app? You can book everything from the schedule higher up this page, or ring the front desk and we will reserve your place.
What each class actually is

Know before you book.

Walking into an unfamiliar class is the main reason people never try one. So here is what each is, how hard it goes, and who tends to love it.

No. Every group exercise class is included in your membership — no punch cards, no per-class charge. Reserve a spot and turn up.
Booking is strongly recommended. Studio space is finite and popular classes fill, so a reservation is the only way to guarantee a place. It also lets the instructor plan equipment. If a class has room, walking in is usually fine.
Two ways: the Pulse Access app on your phone, or by clicking any class in the schedule on this page. Both draw from the same system, so a booking made in one shows up in the other instantly.
Please cancel in the app. It takes ten seconds and it releases your spot to whoever is waiting. Repeatedly holding places you do not use is the fastest way to make a popular class unavailable for everyone else.
Arrive five minutes early and tell the instructor it is your first time — that is genuinely all it takes. Every class has regulars who started exactly where you are, and instructors give options to scale movements up or down throughout.
Clean indoor training shoes, water, and a towel. Mats and equipment are provided. Anything specific to an individual class is noted in its description above.
Group classes are designed for adults. If you have a teenager keen to join, speak to the front desk — it depends on the class and the young person.
A group class is drop-in, included in your membership, and open to whoever books. Strong Foundations is a paid small-group programme of four to six people, twice a week, with structured progressive programming and an app that tracks you. Different thing entirely — see the Performance Lab page.

Book it and go

It is already paid for—free for all our members—so stop the excuses. Nobody in that room is looking at you. We are here for YOU!
