Two people. One instructor. Sixty minutes on the reformer. It’s the smallest class we run — and the one that changes how you move.
Reformer work is about core stabilization and proper muscle engagement — teaching the right muscles to fire, in the right order, under load you can actually control. The spring resistance supports you where you’re weak and challenges you where you’re strong, which is why it works equally well for an athlete chasing performance and someone rebuilding after an injury.
With only two members in the room, the instructor can tailor every session to what your body is doing that day.
