The Performance Lab

Strength

is the point

Not a look. A capability. Bone density that holds, power you can actually use, and a body that still does what you ask of it in thirty years — built in the club’s private lab with a coach who knows your name and your numbers.

Why we train this way

Most gyms sell you a look

We Provide Results that last

01

Strength you can spend

Overall body strength is the foundation everything else sits on. Get stronger and your endurance improves, your joints hurt less, and every other sport you play gets easier.
02

Bone density

Loading bone is the one thing that keeps it dense, and it is the reason we put a barbell in the hands of members in their sixties and seventies. This is the training that decides how the next thirty years go.
03

Real-life performance

Carrying both bags in one trip. Getting off the floor without a hand. Skiing the last run as well as the first. We measure the work by what it lets you do outside this room.
Three ways to train

Train your way

Same trainers, same lab, same programming philosophy. The difference is how many people are in the room with you — and what that does to the price.
Just you

One-on-One

Everything built around you — your history, your injuries, your goals, your schedule. The fastest route to results, and the most expensive one. Worth it if you have a specific target or a body that needs careful handling.

2 – 4 people

Semi-Private

Bring a partner, a friend or three. You still get programming written for you individually — the trainer just runs two to four people through their own plans at once. Private room, shared cost, and someone to suffer alongside.

per session

4 – 6 people · Best value

Strong Foundations

One structured workout, four to six people, a trainer running the room. The programme is the same for everyone — which is exactly why it costs a fraction of the alternatives and why it works so well for building a base.

Starting at $25
per session

Our small group program

Strong Foundations

Twice a week, four to six people, one trainer, and a phone app that tells you exactly what you are doing before you walk in. It is the cheapest serious training we offer and the one we point most new members toward — because a base of real strength makes everything else possible.

activity focused training

Targeted Training

General strength carries you a long way. But a ski season, a first marathon, a golf swing, tennis, basketball, and a body six months after giving birth all ask for something specific. We have talented trainers who can help you focus on any activity, or rehab you want. Below are a few of the activity based programs in development for small group training — give us feedback on which target training you want and we will focus development on which programs our members or guests want the most.

Our one on one training professionals can help you target any activity specific performance goal you have. Tell our training staff that you are interested in an activity focused program, and we’ll match you up with the best trainer for you.

Skiing

Legs that last until the lifts close, and knees that forgive a bad landing. Built in the autumn, spent all winter.

Running

The strength work runners skip, and then get injured for skipping. Hips, calves, and a stride that holds at mile twenty.

Golf

Rotation, hip mobility and the trunk strength that turns a swing into distance — without the back pain that usually comes with chasing it.

Postpartum

A patient, properly sequenced return — core and pelvic floor first, load second. Guided by trainers who understand the timeline.

And more on the way.

Tell us what you are training for. If enough people want it, we will build it — that is how most of these started.
The people in the room

Certified, talented trainers

Certified, tenured, and genuinely interested in how you move. Your programme gets written by one of them — not generated by an app that has never watched you squat.
