Registered Dietitian Services

The other half of the work

You can train hard for a year and get nowhere if the food is wrong. Steffany Coates is a registered dietitian working out of the club — real plans, real numbers, and coaching for the parts that actually derail people: hunger, cravings, dinners out, and weeks that go sideways.
How it works

Numbers, habits, and fuel

Three things have to line up, and most plans only ever get one of them right.
01

A plan with actual numbers

Personalised calorie and macronutrient targets, and a structured meal plan to hit them. For fat loss that means a deficit you can actually sustain, with enough protein and fibre to keep muscle and stay full. For building, it means the calories and protein distribution that support strength and recovery.

Plans are adjusted over time as progress, preferences and life change.
02

Coaching past the tracking

Knowing the number is not the hard part. The hard part is hunger at 9pm, a work trip, a birthday dinner, and a week where everything falls apart.

Steffany works on meal timing, food quality, consistency and the mindset around all of it — strategies for cravings, social situations and busy schedules — so progress survives real life instead of ending in burnout.
03

Fuel for the training you do

For athletes and anyone training seriously, the plan is built around your actual training volume and intensity — not a generic template.

What to eat before, during and after, how to time it, and how to hydrate. Done properly it improves performance, speeds recovery and lowers your injury risk.
Who sees a dietitian?

More people than you'd think

A dietitian is not just for athletes chasing a physique. Steffany is a licensed clinician — which means she can work on medical concerns as well as performance ones. She is also a certified personal trainer, and a fitness competition champion, so she has a wealth of experience and knowledge to benefit you.

You want to lose fat and keep muscle

The most common reason people come in, and the one most likely to go wrong alone. A deficit that is too aggressive costs you the muscle you worked for.

You're trying to build muscle

Training in the Performance Lab and not seeing it show up. Usually the programme is fine and the eating is not — a customised plan closes that gap.

You compete, and want an edge

Sports nutrition proper: what to eat before, during and after, how to time it, and how to hydrate. Better performance, faster recovery, fewer injuries.
Clinical care

Medical Nutrition Therapy

As a registered dietitian, Steffany can support nutrition-related health conditions alongside your doctor’s care — not instead of it. Sessions are private and unhurried.
If you are working with a doctor or a therapist, Steffany will work alongside them.

Your dietitian

Steffany Coates, MS, RD

Steffany is both a registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer — a very useful combination. She understands what your training is asking of your body because she also writes training programs in the Performance Lab, which means the food plan and the workout plan actually agree with each other.

Text or email — please don't call

Steffany books her own appointments around client sessions, so a text or an email will always reach her faster than a phone call.

24-hour cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled inside 24 hours are charged the full fee — that time was held for you and cannot be filled.

Insurance coverage

We are working on health insurance coverage for dietitian services. It is not in place yet — consultations are currently self-pay — but ask Steffany where things stand when you book.

Training and eating, finally agreeing

Pair a nutrition plan with training in the Performance Lab and the two stop working against each other. Most people find that is when things finally move.
