This week we celebrate another major step in the ongoing transformation of our fitness center and training programs. Under the leadership of Jaxon and Ross, we have re-designed the fitness center in a way that matches the philosophy and training regimens of our incredible fitness training staff. Whether one-on-one personal training or small group training our staff demonstrate, coach, and inspire our members every day and in every way to maximize life-long fitness improvement in a fun, healthy, and motivational way.
The Salt Lake Tennis and Health Club has ushered in the beginning of a new era. We have completed a remodel and re-design of our main fitness floor. The equipment we are adding is designed to maximize your functional strength capabilities. This was all created with the unified vision of our staff to help our members achieve their fitness goals whether that is everyday functional movements or an emphasis on strength.
Our trainers are ready and rarin’ to introduce you to this state-of-the-art equipment that is designed for custom training routines and extraordinary versatility by offering free workshops demonstration and coaching our members on how to properly – and safely – operate the new equipment.
