Workout Notes:

  1. Masters: I’m going to do 200, 400, 800 & 200 – DONE!

  2. Anything you can do with a KB can be done with a DB.

  3. Remember, 200m = 1 min cardio, 400m = 2 min cardio, 800 m = 4 min cardio.
