Join us Saturday, Feb 11th, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM for a special workshop, led by Schwinn Master Trainer Denise Druce.
During the workshop, Denise will go over many fundamentals that will improve your workouts, help prevent injuries, and increase your results. Some of the things she will be going over:
• Bike Fit
• Rotations Per Minute (RPMs)
• Watts
• Perceived exertion
At the end of the workshop, you will finish with a quick ride, so prepare for a short cycle workout.
