Summer Camps for Fun and Sports

Come to our fun and energetic sports camp that gets kids up and moving. Your child will learn a new sport every week. Each class will start with a fun warm up game for the weekly sport, continued with daily progression of skill development for that sport. This is followed by a healthy snack, then fun core strengthening and cardio games to get a full body workout. The camp will end with a group tennis lesson everyday from 10:30 am – 11:30 am!

**Please send kids with a water bottle, tennis racket and dressed in athletic clothes wearing tennis shoes.

Afternoon camp is run similar to our morning camp, adding some fun in the sun at our pool! Camp starts with learning the sport of the week, continuing with a healthy snack and a nutrition lesson, then changing into swim attire for some summer sun. Pool time will consist of fun basic swimming skills, organized water games and time for free swim. Ending with a second healthy snack to finish the day.

**Please send kids with a water bottle, dressed in athletic clothes and wearing tennis shoes as well with a bag packed with swim suit, towel, sunscreen and goggles.

Day camp is a combination of our morning and afternoon camps. Campers will attend both camps and will be provided with a 30 minute healthy lunch from the Centre Court Café along with a hands on nutrition lesson. Camp starts with learning the morning camp sport of the week with core and cardio games, and a 1 hour group tennis lesson, Continuing to lunch and joining the afternoon camp to learn their sport of the week. Campers will then take a healthy snack break and have time to change into swim attire for some summer sun at the pool. Pool time will consist of fun, basic swimming skills, organized water games and time for free swim. A second healthy snack will be provided after changing back into dry clothes for parents arrival.
